How to redeem?
- Whatsapp us to confirm points balance and state your redemption request
- If you wish to redem gift, pick a gift and come to our office to pick up
- If you wish to use your koo points as Senkoo credits, simply notify us at the point of ordering
Money to points, how it works?
- We will convert your $500 earning into points. $500 = 500 koo points
- All points can be used to redeem gift or use as senkoo credits
- All points will only valid for a maximum of 6 months, counting from the day we send out whatsapp message to notify you

- We do not recommend referring friends within the same organisation
- Phone numbers of referee provided in referrer registratin form and referee registration form must be identical. otherwise it will be rejected
- we will only contact you via whatsapp for referral fee, points earn, points redemption
- If the referee's contact details is already in our system, we will notify you and reject the referee's contact details.
- referee and referrer must fill in all the information in the registration form, if any field is not correct, or suspect to be untrue, we reserve the final rights to approve the registration
- Referee must be in need of Senkoo services. Upon request we will ask for previous spending information
